About the role
Agile Product Owner III acts as the customer voice on an Agile delivery team, translating business needs into prioritized backlog items and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
What you’ll do
Translate business needs into requirements, features, and user stories
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact
Guide Agile delivery teams in delivering customer-focused solutions
Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
Define, coordinate, and lead user acceptance testing activities
Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
Five years of experience in product ownership, product management, business systems analysis, or related Agile delivery roles
Customer-focused with ability to prioritize work based on business value and strategic alignment
Experience working in a software development environment using Agile delivery practices including Scrum and SAFe
Experience using SQL or other data analysis tools to support product decisions
Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance operations
