About the role
JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology programs for its Consumer & Community Banking Core Engineering Solutions team, managing delivery plans, risks, resources, and stakeholder alignment. The role combines strong software engineering and program management expertise with modern delivery practices and AI-assisted workflows in a large, regulated environment.
What you’ll do
Lead complex technology programs and manage delivery plans, risks, resources, and stakeholders
Align technology initiatives with business goals
Review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use
Manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced agile environment
Govern testing strategies and release readiness across quality gates and defect resolution
What you’ll need
5+ years of technical program management experience leading complex technology projects in a large organization
Strong software engineering background and familiarity with modern delivery practices, release management, and CI/CD
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with validation habits and data sensitivity awareness
Advanced stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving to influence cross-functional teams and manage budgets
Familiarity with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Git, Power BI, Tableau, and similar planning tools; PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or PgMP certification
Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries, plus application modernization, cybersecurity, cryptography, cloud, platform, or infrastructure transformation
