About the role
Wood Personnel Services is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate recruiting and onboarding for light industrial staffing in Middle Tennessee. The role supports employees throughout their assignments and maintains communication with client leadership about workforce needs.
What you’ll do
Coordinate recruiting and onboarding processes
Support employees throughout their work assignments
Maintain communication with client leadership regarding workforce needs
Support recruitment, employee relations, and client service initiatives
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
Maintain accurate employee and staffing records
What you’ll need
At least two years of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, workforce management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience interviewing, onboarding, leading new start orientations, and interacting with clients
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish
