What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in business operations, chief-of-staff/program management, management consulting, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project-coordination skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort with Monday.com, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience in financial services or a large matrixed organization
Exposure to AI/agentic tooling such as GitHub Copilot or LLM-based analytics tools
