About the role

What you’ll do
Own user-facing generative-AI products, including AI agent and chat experiences
Connect user needs to product direction and technical implementation
Drive adoption and prioritization in partnership with business and engineering teams
Encourage learning and adoption of AI solutions across the firm
Evaluate product success using a data-driven approach and adapt as the industry evolves
Partner closely with users to understand problems and transform workflows
What you’ll need
5-10 years of product-management experience
Bachelor's degree or higher
Technical depth to understand code and how components fit together
Evangelist mindset and ability to lead by example
Strong prioritization and business cost/benefit analysis skills
Excellent user-interviewing skills; AI/ML or generative-AI product experience preferred
