What you’ll do
Own product strategy and execution for Agent Trust
Lead agent identification and authorization initiatives
Drive customer and financial-institution partnerships
Represent Plaid in industry standards bodies
Grow product line from early design partners to repeatable sales
Translate between protocol engineers, data scientists, GTM, and executives
What you’ll need
8+ years of product management or equivalent product ownership
Hands-on depth in identity and authorization protocols or bot, device, and agent detection systems
Track record of growing a new product line from first customers to repeatable sales
Experience building with and selling to enterprise customers or financial institutions
Clear writing and ability to translate across technical, data, GTM, and executive audiences
Direct work on agentic protocols or standards-body participation; KYC, reusable identity, or digital wallet experience
