About the role
Hawkwood is hiring a Technical Talent Sourcer for a privately held client in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role focuses on sourcing and engaging engineering and technology professionals, building talent pipelines, and supporting early-stage candidate assessment in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll do
Source and engage engineering and technology professionals
Build and develop talent pipelines
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners on early-stage candidate assessment
Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess experience and motivations
Build relationships with prospective talent
Perform talent mapping and market research
What you’ll need
Experience in Sourcing, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition in an in-house or agency setting
Strong direct sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and research techniques
Genuine interest in technology and engineering with ability to understand unfamiliar technical disciplines
Experience conducting initial candidate conversations and building candidate relationships
Strong talent mapping, market research, and pipeline development capabilities
Resourceful, persistent, solutions-oriented approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills
