What you’ll do
Own the roadmap for MSP use of the Digital Employee Experience platform
Understand MSP workflows and managed service provider needs
Develop multi-customer platform capabilities
Guide features from discovery through launch and adoption
Make trade-offs using customer feedback, product data, and business goals
What you’ll need
5+ years of enterprise software product management experience
Experience building for, selling through, or working with MSPs
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products and customer data separation
Knowledge of DEX, endpoint management, end-user computing, IT operations, or observability
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Experience with federal, defense, or regulated public-sector customers
