About the role
Global Health Action is offering an unpaid, globally remote Spring 2027 internship for a graduate student to support its Health Systems Advisor with health policy research, legislative analysis, and advocacy material development, including monitoring policy developments.
What you’ll do
Support the Health Systems Advisor with programmatic, research, and analytical work
Contribute to global health policy research
Assist with legislative analysis
Develop advocacy materials
Monitor policy developments
Create materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What you’ll need
Excellent written, oral, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of or interest in global health or foreign policy
Knowledge of internet research sources, including media search engines
Familiarity with the federal legislative process
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Graduate student preferred; academic/legal research, graphic design, and a research paper are pluses
