About the role

TrophySmack is hiring a Shopify Ecommerce Developer to build, maintain, and optimize its e-commerce site and digital platforms in Orange, CA. The role focuses on theme development, integrations, performance and conversion improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Shopify e-commerce website and related digital platforms
  • Build, customize, and optimize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Implement platform integrations and payment workflows
  • Improve site performance, usability, and conversion rates
  • Support product launches and promotions through technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What you’ll need

  • Strong experience with e-commerce platforms and workflows, including product catalogs, shopping carts, and payment integrations
  • Deep expertise in Shopify development, including frameworks, APIs, and version control tools
  • Experience building and customizing Shopify themes with Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience optimizing site performance, usability, and conversion rates; familiarity with Google Analytics and A/B testing
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
