About the role
CGI is hiring a Senior Product Manager to improve developer experience across engineering and platform teams by gathering developer feedback, prioritizing product recommendations, tracking adoption, satisfaction, and productivity outcomes, and communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership.
What you’ll do
Gather developer feedback through pilots, focus groups, empathy sessions, and surveys
Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into prioritized product recommendations
Track adoption, satisfaction, and productivity KPIs/OKRs
Communicate product updates to stakeholders and leadership
Support product launches, rollout plans, and change communications
Work across engineering, UX, and product teams
What you’ll need
5+ years in product management, program management, developer experience, or a related delivery role
Experience leading pilots, focus groups, empathy sessions, and surveys to gather real feedback
Skilled at turning qualitative and quantitative input into clear, prioritized product decisions
Experience defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs around adoption, satisfaction, and productivity
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management across engineering, UX, and product teams
Background in product discovery, experimentation, or user research and familiarity with DX/IDP concepts
