About the role
This role leads the design and delivery of human-AI interaction experiences, owning experience architecture and interaction design from research to production while balancing usability, transparency, and human control.
What you’ll do
Own experience architecture and interaction design for AI collaboration
Translate research into production-ready solutions
Partner with product, engineering, AI, security, and research teams
Balance usability, transparency, and human control across workflows
Carry design intent into production under latency, streaming, and model variability
Guide product decisions with qualitative insight, behavioral data, and experiments
What you’ll need
7+ years of relevant and applicable experience
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Portfolio of shipped interaction design, design engineering, frontend engineering, or HCI work
Production proficiency in modern web/application technologies
Experience designing for AI, search, recommendation, automation, or adaptive systems
Practical command of semantic UI, WCAG, WAI-ARIA, keyboard interaction, and assistive-technology testing
