About the role

What you’ll do

Coordinate product, engineering, design, research, testing, and military stakeholders
Translate requirements into deliverables aligned with program goals and timelines
Drive project roadmaps and facilitate cross-functional communication
Manage scope, backlogs, risks, and issues using tracking tools
Balance priorities across multiple concurrent projects to meet deadlines
What you’ll need
BS/BA in related field plus 8+ years related experience; advanced degrees may substitute
Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret
Experience leading software initiatives with Agile methodologies and solid product/project ownership
Proficiency with GitLab, JIRA, and similar planning and work-tracking tools
Working knowledge of mobile application technologies, particularly Android
Experience integrating user research, wireframes, prototypes, and usability insights into project planning
