About the role

What you’ll do
Build and scale strategic partnerships for the Agentforce and AgentExchange ecosystem
Develop new AI partnership and integration patterns
Recruit and activate partners
Support scaled recruiting motions for an ISV or developer ecosystem
Collaborate across product, legal, marketing, and operations
Advance the ecosystem through cross-functional execution
What you’ll need
6+ years in product management, partnerships, strategy, consulting, or corporate development
Track record of closing product partnerships that drive engagement, adoption, and growth
Experience recruiting and activating partners and supporting scaled ecosystem recruiting
Strong 0→1 builder mindset with GTM contributions
Deep knowledge of agentic technology including APIs, developer tooling, integration architecture, MCP, and A2A
Familiarity with Salesforce product portfolio, market positioning, and customer/partner relationships
