About the role
Morgan Properties seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for technology supporting the resident journey, partnering with internal teams and vendors to improve digital experiences, adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
What you’ll do
Own the strategy and roadmap for resident journey technology
Partner with Property Management, on-site teams, IT, and vendors
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
Define and track product success measures
Evaluate build-versus-buy and manage vendors
Improve digital experiences, adoption, and resident satisfaction
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
6–8 years in product management, product ownership, or technology delivery
Experience owning enterprise or SaaS products, including vendors, integrations, and releases
Technical fluency to partner with Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Security
Exceptional communication skills across business and technical audiences
Working knowledge of agile delivery practices and tools like Jira or Monday.com
