About the role
TP seeks a Product Owner to lead strategy, commercialization, and delivery of AI-powered debt recovery solutions. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and enterprise clients while ensuring compliance with debt collection regulations.
What you’ll do
Own product strategy and roadmap for the AI collections portfolio
Drive commercialization and go-to-market of AI debt recovery solutions
Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams and enterprise clients
Manage sprint backlogs and release cycles with distributed engineering pods
Ensure regulatory compliance across international jurisdictions
Author user stories and negotiate technical trade-offs
What you’ll need
6–10+ years of product management or technical solutions ownership experience
3+ years leading technical delivery pods in an Agile/Scrum environment
Deep expertise in ARM, debt collection operations, or consumer finance
Track record of launching AI/ML-driven products in production
Knowledge of FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA, and CFPB guidelines
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field
