About the role

What you’ll do

• Support IT operations and scientific/laboratory systems across two facilities
• Provide end-user and instrument-system support
• Maintain GxP-compliant validated systems
• Coordinate with laboratory, QA, operations, and vendors
• Manage competing priorities across two sites
• Handle confidential data and sensitive systems professionally

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, computer science, a scientific discipline, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration, including 2–3 years in laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated environments
• Working knowledge of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11, change control, and data integrity principles
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration; familiarity with Windows Server
• Experience supporting instrument-connected PCs and scientific software; familiarity with Intune, Veeam, NAS, VMWare, and networking fundamentals
• Strong documentation and communication skills; pharma/biotech/CDMO and Waters Empower experience strongly preferred
