About the role
This role supports monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for the AI Weather and Advisory Services portfolio within AIM for Scale, gathering and synthesizing results data for donor reporting and coordinating with internal and international partners.

What you’ll need
1 to 2 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, research assistance, program support, or data management
Knowledge of core monitoring, evaluation, and reporting concepts including indicators, logical frameworks, and progress-tracking methodologies
Excellent written communication skills with ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear reports
Proficiency with office and collaboration software, advanced spreadsheet management, data-tracking systems, and basic visualization platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating across international teams and partner organizations
