Framatome North America seeks a Principal Software Engineer to develop control system software and support robotic systems for nuclear plant inspections. The role requires extensive C++/C# and cross-platform development experience.
What you’ll do
Develop software for control systems
Support design, qualification, testing, and deployment of robotic inspection systems
Diagnose and resolve fundamental technical issues
Work collaboratively within a team environment
Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
Adapt quickly to changing priorities
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum 10 years of related experience
Expert knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in area of specialization
Understanding of network protocols and application deployment across environments
Experience with C++ and/or C#
Experience with Linux and Windows Development, MFC, and/or .NET
