About the role
Seeking an experienced Applications Developer to lead the design and deployment of AI solutions that reduce administrative workload, working onsite in Phoenix, AZ on a contract basis.
What you’ll do
Identify and implement AI solutions to reduce administrative workload and improve operational quality
Translate operational needs into technical specifications
Evaluate existing enterprise tools versus custom development
Design, deploy, and document secure AI solutions in a closed technology environment
Implement Azure OpenAI solutions
Build RAG pipelines, advanced prompt engineering, fine-tune foundation models, and integrate AI agents
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years programming and analysis experience or equivalent
Experience with multiple programming languages, database management systems, and development platforms
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and C# (.NET Framework)
Experience implementing Azure OpenAI solutions and building RAG pipelines
Knowledge of AI principles, LLMs, responsible AI, and compliance frameworks
Must secure and maintain a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
