About the role
Responsible for monitoring and processing vehicle impound accounts, communicating with customers and recovery agents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
What you’ll do
Review and update impound accounts for compliance
Process end-to-end impound functions within SLAs
Service inbound and outbound impound calls
Maintain accurate documentation
Assist other departments and impound vendors
Escalate disputes to senior specialists
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent
One year experience in servicing center environment
Strong attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
