Strong proficiency in Python and scientific software development
Experience with FastAPI, SQL/NoSQL databases, and database design
Experience developing pipelines with Nextflow or similar workflow frameworks
Experience with HPC environments, SLURM, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
Front-end development and data visualization skills with React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
