About the role
USG seeks a Senior Solution Architect to build the technology foundation for its next-generation digital customer platform, translating business needs into architecture and roadmaps. The role leads architecture across customer technology domains and guides delivery while advising stakeholders and development teams.
What you’ll do
Translate business strategy into technical architecture and phased delivery roadmaps
Lead architecture across customer technology domains
Guide delivery and advise stakeholders and development teams
Produce clear architecture documentation and solution diagrams
Mentor developers and elevate architectural maturity across teams
Design data architectures for operational and analytical needs
What you’ll need
10+ years in technology roles with at least 5 in lead solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or application development
Proven experience architecting and integrating customer-facing solutions end-to-end spanning CMS, PIM, CRM, eCommerce, DAM, and CDP
Experience in global organizations and complex enterprise integration environments
Practical application of MACH architecture principles and event-driven, asynchronous patterns
Experience architecting in Azure cloud environments
Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
