What you’ll do
Set the platform experience vision and architecture

What you’ll need
10+ years in product design, including leading design for complex technical or scientific platforms
Unified separate tools into one adopted platform experience
Shipped agents, LLM-powered workflows, or retrieval over proprietary data to production
Designed for trust and explainability so users can verify AI actions
Built a code-based design system and pattern library adopted by multiple teams
Experience designing for life-sciences R&D or another technically complex domain
