5+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles

Experience designing and implementing systems for scale (ERP/MES, scheduling, resource allocation)
Data-driven problem solver comfortable using SQL, Looker, or similar tools
Strong communicator able to translate operational needs into system requirements
Self-starter with high ownership and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments
