About the role

What you’ll do

• Monitor systems to maintain infrastructure health and reliability
• Investigate alerts and distinguish actionable incidents from routine fluctuations
• Coordinate incident resolution and follow through on escalations
• Improve operational processes across Linux systems, servers, and compute clusters
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting runbooks
• Collaborate to identify and implement reliability improvements

What you’ll need

• Experience in SRE, infrastructure operations, systems administration, production support, or a related technical operations role
• Comfort working with Linux systems and server infrastructure with strong troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and system health metrics, with the ability to distinguish actionable incidents from routine fluctuations
• Organized and detail-oriented, with experience maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting runbooks
• Clear communicator and collaborative problem-solver who takes ownership of issues and follows through on escalations
• Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology
