About the role
Papigen is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead end-to-end delivery of the Plan & Strategy – PPSD & AI Drafting initiative, ensuring predictable releases, healthy backlog flow, and effective dependency management. The role involves leading distributed Agile teams, applying AI tools for delivery reporting, and enforcing human review of AI-generated work.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Plan & Strategy – PPSD & AI Drafting initiative
Ensure predictable releases and healthy backlog flow
Manage dependencies, risks, defects, and delivery timelines
Coordinate distributed Agile team members across multiple time zones
Define and enforce human review of AI-generated work before merge or release
Track AI adoption, review effort, and AI-related rework
What you’ll need
8–10+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years leading Agile teams
Experience managing distributed teams of approximately 5–10 members across time zones
At least 1 year leading a team that delivers using AI tools
Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban, delivery metrics, and Azure DevOps dashboards, reporting, and backlog tracking
Experience defining and enforcing human review of AI-generated work before merge or release
Experience with PPSD or public-sector platforms, SAFe Agile, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or OutSystems Mentor
