About the role
Juniper Square is seeking an SEO & AEO Manager to lead organic search and AI answer engine visibility for its private markets platform, owning strategy from technical SEO to AI citations and authority building.
What you’ll do
Set and execute SEO and AEO strategy for organic search, answer engines, and generative search
Own technical SEO, AI citations, and authority building
Shape content framing and structure for search visibility
Develop and maintain a playbook for AEO/GEO best practices
Partner with engineers on structured data and schema implementation
Monitor and report on AI-citation and rank performance
What you’ll need
5+ years in SEO with hands-on ownership of a technical SEO program at a large B2B organization
Real, hands-on AEO/GEO experience with specific AI answer engine citations earned
Track record of earning backlinks and media citations based on original research
Experience with SEO/GEO tooling including rank trackers, log-file analysis, and AI-citation monitoring
Technical fluency with structured data and schema markup (JSON-LD)
Experience optimizing social media and video content for search
