About the role
Divergent is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to build, deploy, and productionize generative AI solutions, including LLMs and multimodal systems, while also leading internal AI enablement through training and responsible-AI practices. The ideal candidate has a B.S. in CS/AI/ML with 3+ years of experience and strong hands-on skills in Python, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI Agents.
What you’ll do
Build and deploy generative AI solutions (LLMs and multimodal systems)
Productionize AI solutions
Lead internal AI enablement through training and coaching
Gather user feedback and iterate on AI tools to improve adoption
Promote responsible-AI practices
What you’ll need
B.S. in Computer Science/AI/ML or related field with 3+ years AI/ML engineering experience
Proficiency in Python and ML/LLM libraries such as vLLM, LangChain, PyTorch, and HuggingFace
Understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI Agents
Experience developing, deploying, and scaling AI Agents in production
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and run AI training
Ability to lawfully access US export-controlled information and technology
