What you’ll need
2–4+ years of hands-on technical and project experience in contract manufacturing or high-volume production
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
Familiarity with engineering tools, manufacturing validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and quality frameworks such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, AS9100, IATF 16949, or GMP
PMP, CAPM, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
