About the role

What you’ll do
Own and optimize the Global Shop ERP system across manufacturing businesses
Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning through post-go-live support
Provide technical and functional support for ERP environments
Improve manufacturing business processes
Mentor ERP support personnel
Manage software vendors and implementation partners
What you’ll need
7-10 years supporting enterprise ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Global Shop ERP experience
Experience leading multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations
Advanced functional and technical knowledge of Global Shop ERP and PSQL queries
Experience managing vendors, integrations, and ERP security/administration
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred
