About the role
SciPlay is hiring a Product Manager, Economy to design and maintain healthy economies across its free-to-play games. The role uses data, simulations, and A/B tests to tune progression, rewards, and pricing while partnering with LiveOps, Monetization, and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Design and maintain healthy game economies across free-to-play games
Tune progression, rewards, and pricing using data, simulations, and experiments
Partner with LiveOps, Monetization, and cross-functional teams
Turn economic models into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at every level
Work alongside the LiveOps team on event operations and tooling
What you’ll need
Degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or another quantitative field
3+ years in game economy, F2P product management, or a closely related analytical role
Advanced spreadsheet modeling (Excel or Sheets) for balance models and simulations
Working knowledge of statistics, probability, and simulation methods such as Monte Carlo
Python or R for analysis and modeling, with hands-on experience designing and reading A/B tests
Background in mobile, online, or social free-to-play games and familiarity with LiveOps tooling
