About the role

What you’ll do
Drive end-to-end execution of complex SSD programs
Manage cross-functional integration, risks, and dependencies
Build and govern integrated schedules and critical paths
Influence senior stakeholders and matrixed organizations
Ensure product development and qualification readiness
Scale PMO operating mechanisms and executive reporting
What you’ll need
15+ years in complex hardware/software product development or semiconductor/storage
Deep understanding of SSD architecture including controller/ASIC, NAND, DRAM, firmware, and validation
Experience leading large, business-critical NPI programs
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
Proficiency with Jira and Power BI or equivalent platforms
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
