About the role
OpenLoop Health seeks a Staff Product Manager to own Patient CRM and Patient 360 strategy, using patient data as the foundation for AI-powered engagement and care-journey capabilities. What you’ll do
Shape Patient CRM and Patient 360 strategy
Build patient data and context foundation

Navigate ambiguity and make prioritization decisions
Support patient retention, care-gap closure, and workflow automation
What you’ll need
7+ years of product management experience with ownership of patient-facing, consumer-facing, or CRM-adjacent products
Experience building on data-rich product surfaces such as CRM, engagement platforms, or support workflows
Experience integrating or building AI/ML-powered features grounded in structured product context or user history
Strong ability to build, communicate, and manage product roadmaps across cross-functional teams
Experience in healthcare, health tech, digital pharmacy, or other regulated industries
Understanding of healthcare data standards, patient identity, or multi-tenant data architecture
