About the role
BlackLine seeks a VP to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation, setting strategy, governance, and adoption across the organization. The role owns AI and automation programs, evaluates and orchestrates multi-LLM platforms, and aligns senior stakeholders while navigating regulated environments.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
12+ years of technology leadership experience
3–5 years leading enterprise AI, automation, or digital transformation programs at scale
Proven track record building AI/ML or intelligent automation programs with measurable business impact
Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and enterprise automation tools
Deep understanding of AI governance, data classification, and responsible AI principles
Excellent program management skills at strategic and execution levels
