What you’ll do
Support, maintain, and enhance business-critical automations and integrations
Build technical solutions to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, automation logic, scripts, or system configuration changes
Troubleshoot and improve system workflows
Collaborate with staff, providers, vendors, and clients
Manage priorities and meet project deadlines
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field plus 2-4 years' experience
Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving business process automations or system integrations
Experience with SQL
Experience with Python and JavaScript
Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities responsibly
Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
