About the role

What you’ll do
Lead ambiguous, high-leverage product opportunities from problem framing through validated direction
Own product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap development
Drive prototyping and validated direction using AI-assisted tools
Align cross-functional teams including clinical, legal, and regulatory functions
Communicate roadmaps and prioritization persuasively to executive audiences
Mentor and informally lead other individual contributors
What you’ll need
8+ years solving complex, ambiguous problems across product management, design, and/or research
3-5 years taking new products or experiences from 0 to 1 with measurable results
3-5 years owning multi-quarter roadmaps and communicating to executive audiences
High craft in at least 2 specialist areas with working fluency across others
Hands-on excellence in prototyping with modern AI-assisted tools
Experience partnering with clinical, legal, regulatory, or other compliance functions
