About the role

What you’ll do
Own product development across decorative pillow, throw, and related soft home categories
Drive products from concept through production
Manage samples, costing, timelines, and specifications
Communicate with overseas factories and vendors

What you’ll need
3–5+ years in product development, merchandising, or sourcing in home textiles or related consumer products
Strong understanding of textiles, fabrics, constructions, materials, and manufacturing processes
Experience working directly with overseas factories and vendors
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Direct experience with decorative pillows, throws, bedding, or soft home categories; PLM experience preferred
