What you’ll do
Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of People technology ecosystem
Lead the People Technology team and partner across the business
Deliver scalable platforms and support enterprise transformation
Strengthen governance and operations for HR technology
Manage platform portfolio across strategy, delivery, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including IT, Security, Payroll, Legal, and Finance
What you’ll need
10+ years progressive experience in HR technology or related People functions
7+ years leading teams and major HR technology initiatives
Strategic experience with SAP SuccessFactors and People Technology ecosystems
Demonstrated success building or improving HR technology ecosystems
Experience with service-management platforms like Jira Service Management or ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
