About the role
The role leads Oracle Financials functional experts supporting TSA financial systems modernization, covering EBS operations, enhancements, testing, training, and end-user support. It requires federal financial management expertise and coordination with government and technical stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Lead functional SMEs on TSA financial systems support and modernization
Support Oracle E-Business Suite financial operations and system enhancements
Coordinate testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness
Translate business requirements into change requests and functional requirements
Resolve complex end-user financial system issues with stakeholders
Develop training materials, job aids, metrics, and executive status reports
What you’ll need
US citizenship and DHS Suitability (Public Trust or higher)
Demonstrated Oracle E-Business Suite functional expertise supporting federal financial management
Experience leading functional SMEs and managing concurrent operational, enhancement, and testing activities
Understanding of Budget to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, project accounting, and financial controls
Experience with UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and complex end-user issue resolution
Familiarity with G-Invoicing, purchase card processes, and tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, and Oracle reporting
