About the role
This role leads strategic technology advisory and customer success across Quanta's operating companies, partnering with OpCo executives to represent field needs to Enterprise IT and drive adoption of centralized capabilities. The Senior Manager will also build and scale the team and engagement model as the function grows.

Build deep knowledge of each operating company's business and technology environment
What you’ll need
12+ years in technology consulting, IT strategy, customer success leadership, or enterprise account management
Executive presence with operational executives and experience building trusted C-suite relationships
Technical breadth across infrastructure, applications, cloud, data, security, and emerging areas
Business acumen including P&L fluency, organizational design, and change management
Proven experience driving field adoption and scaling functions in federated environments
Experience managing and developing senior teammates; bachelor's degree required
