What you’ll do
Lead design, development, integration, and delivery of Salesforce solutions
Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide engineering practices
Support developer growth, mentoring, and technical collaboration
Support secure integrations and enterprise platform modernization
Troubleshoot performance, integration, data, and production issues
Influence technical decisions and drive engineering standards
What you’ll need
7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant Salesforce development
Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow, and triggers
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations
Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and DevOps practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s)
