About the role

What you’ll do

• Advise strategic financial services customers
• Design and implement scalable generative AI architectures
• Develop roadmaps, proofs of concept, and reference solutions
• Conduct technical evangelism and advise stakeholders
• Mentor team members
• Establish evaluation and governance frameworks for reliable, compliant AI systems

What you’ll need

• 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or Internet industries
• Experience architecting and operating solutions built on AWS and communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives
• Experience within technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
• Experience working with financial services organizations and workloads such as fraud detection, risk modeling, regulatory compliance, or algorithmic trading
• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing prompts/templates that guide LLM behavior and building AI applications with frameworks like LangChain
• Experience with AI system evaluation methodologies and agentic system design, including RAG, tool-use, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop guardrails
