What you’ll need
At least 5 years of recent, direct commercial HVAC recruitment experience
At least 7 years of total recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
Heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
