About the role
Trusted Space, LLC seeks an Application Systems Engineer to design, automate, and sustain enterprise applications on cloud infrastructure for a DoD customer. The role focuses on Jira and Confluence administration, Linux and database administration, and automation using Ansible in classified environments.
What you’ll do
Design, automate, and sustain enterprise applications on cloud-based infrastructure
Administer Jira and Confluence Data Center deployments
Support migrations between Jira/Confluence environments
Write and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration, deployment, and patching
Administer Linux/RHEL systems including patching, break/fix, and restore
Manage PostgreSQL database backup, restore, and patching
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field with 5+ years experience, or master's with 3+ years, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
Compliance with DoD 8140 intermediate level with IT certifications (Security+, CASP, CISSP, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Data Center deployments
Experience with Ansible or Ansible Automation Platform in production
Experience administering RHEL/Linux in production environments
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
