About the role
TECHEAD is looking for a Scrum Master Project Manager I to support Agile teams onsite in Richmond by facilitating ceremonies, tracking delivery metrics, and coordinating with the Development Manager. This contract role requires 3–5 years of Scrum Master experience, CSM certification, and familiarity with Azure DevOps.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies
Align the team and provide visibility into work progress, risks, and priorities
Handle delivery operations, reporting, and documentation
Coordinate cross-team efforts with the Development Manager
Track and report Agile delivery metrics
What you’ll need

Strong understanding of Agile values and frameworks
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile work management systems

Strong communication skills and ability to investigate issues before escalation
