About the role

What you’ll do

• Deliver Day Zero automation for tactical systems using the MANTLE Platform
• Enable and sustain automated deployment of Android devices and supporting infrastructure
• Advise customers and coordinate with operational users, integrators, engineering teams, and government stakeholders
• Troubleshoot complex systems across devices, networks, servers, applications, and automation workflows
• Gather customer feedback and translate field observations into actionable product recommendations
• Lead customer meetings, technical workshops, and working groups

What you’ll need

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in field engineering, systems integration, mobile device engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Android EUDs in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of Android device provisioning, enrollment, configuration, application deployment, lifecycle management, ADB, and log analysis
• Experience with EMM/MDM/UEM, Android Enterprise, IP networking, and Linux administration (Ubuntu/Red Hat)
