EvolutionIQ is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and AI roles, partnering with Engineering leaders to build pipelines for specialized technical talent.
What you’ll do
Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and AI roles
Partner with Engineering leaders on search strategy
Build pipelines for specialized technical talent
Manage multiple high-priority technical searches
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including significant direct ownership of Software Engineering and other technical searches
Demonstrated success hiring Senior Software Engineers and related Engineering talent
Advanced hands-on technical sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, talent mapping, and proactive outreach
Ability to discuss technical profiles credibly with Engineering leaders and understand common software development and AI/ML concepts
Strong consultative, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
