Active Salesforce Administrator certification
At least three years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Strong experience building, troubleshooting, and maintaining Salesforce Flows
Working knowledge of Salesforce security, permission sets, sharing, and data access
Experience with custom objects, relational data models, formulas, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
Ability to work independently and raise questions or blockers early
