What you’ll do
Support underwriting and evaluation of multifamily assets
Assist with acquisition and disposition execution
Perform financial analysis and modeling
Conduct market research
Prepare investment materials and committee packages
Partner with AIR and Blackstone stakeholders
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field
2-4+ years in real estate investments or similar
Advanced financial modeling and underwriting skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Direct multifamily or commercial real estate transaction experience
Strong communication and ownership
